Once we receive your email, a member of our reservations team (someone who knows the Luangwa Valley deeply), will personally review your request and reply within 24 hours.
Your response will be tailored to the details you share (party size, preferred dates, camps of interest, and any special requests). From there, we’ll have a natural back-and-forth via email, and a phone call if helpful, until we’ve crafted the perfect itinerary and quote for you.
When you’re ready to move forward, we’ll place a hold on your preferred dates and camps for up to 21 days. To confirm the booking, a 20% deposit is required within that period.

We don’t close, no.
However, due to some unpredictable flooding the lodge can become cut off from the main park during Jan-Feb. In which case we have no choice but to close for a short time. Don’t worry we can always make a plan if this happens when you are visiting.
Yes, we have lights and a plug point at each site as well as running water in our ablutions.
Children are welcome at every age, and stay for less when sharing with an adult — free under 2, half price from 3 to 11, and a quarter off from 12 to 17.
